It does look like Broward County will not do a full recount.

Do you (by any chance) happen to believe that global warming is real? (I do.) Recent papers have said there is a real chance of run-away (positive feedback) warming. Three possibilities: cold soils such as tundra put out more CO2 as they warm; snow covered areas absorb more sunlight as they become vegetated; and large areas of Amazon forest may die off if they become drier.

Now, assuming you do not dismiss this as tree-hugging propaganda, you may agree that we will need to decide on some serious changes at the federal and international levels.

Of course, Utah (lacking beach front property) may do just fine.
