>I'm not privy to any judge's POV. I can tell you that new trucks from ABC, NBC, Fox & CNN are out in front of our courthouse and that all of the judges are at a workshop in Amelia Island, FL. So, if Bush decides to appeal, they will be picking a panel and flying them up here for this event.

I'm sure those judges would be a little miffed at cutting short their Florida trip, huh?
