Hi,

we have a commercial application in 16bit that we have converted in 32 bit. We received many calls and comments from our customer suggesting us to change the font Ms Sans Serif 8 to Arial 9. We are presently investigating the possibility to make the move and change the font to Arial 9.

Personnaly, I am against it. Does anybody know any reason why we should or should not keep Ms Sans serif 8 except the fact that Ms Sans Serif 8 is the standard for windows application. I need articles, facts or anything in that sense to backup my opinion. In the past, does anybody add any bad experience with your choice of font? Is there any chance we can offend or loose some custumer with the Arial font?
