You could always have the table open and do a COPY STRUCTURE TO your backup area WITH PRODUCTION. Then open the empty table you created and append from the original with a SCAN scatter memvar memo from the original file ENDSCAN

I am sure there are others who have a faster better method, but that is just off the top of my head.
