Does anyone have a comprehensive Address and Name conversion function they could share?

I need to convert Name and Address fields from all caps to mixed case and include any common abbreviations with periods at the end of each. Prepositions and conjuctions should be lower case unless at the beginning of the field. RR (rural route) should be RR not R.r., PO BOX should be PO Box not P.o. Box, #a should be #A, ST-ROCH-DE-L’ACHIGAN should be St-Roch-de-L’Achigan, and on and on. Thanks.
