I've seen this on systems with no local printer, and the device PRN: assigned to FILE:, which generates a print to file dialog, and it probably associated the Generic/Text Only driver with the device - IOW, it's a Windows printer configuration issue, not a Novell or application issue in all likelihood. Have them check their Printer folder and see what's installed.
