Chris - the point is that if Al Gore were not LYING when he says "I want every vote to count" - HE - Al Gore - would be calling for a full recount in every county, with or without Bush's agreement, participation, or support.

It is no secret that what he really wants is to count every vote that he thinks is for him. Perhaps this is legal, but it irritates the %$^&% out of me when he tries to phrase it so patriotically. I would at least have a minimal amount of respect for him if he said "I want to win so I'm counting in areas where I think we can get the votes". At least he'd be telling the truth.
