>Sure. Under a contested election, a judge can order a recount anywhere, but under the law, the plaintiff has to prove there was a problem with the machines used to count the votes. This has to be proven in court for each county you want recounted because, obviously, each county uses different technology. Ascertaining a voter's intent where someone actually did not vote for a candidate for particular office is not a valid arguement.

Well, then let's Gore have his day in court.
