This appended message style is great for me because everyday I printout messages that pertain to what I'm trying to learn how to do, and its nice to get a message from the end of a Thread that tracks the discussion. Makes for one cheat sheet per problem as opposed to many!

I vote for replying below and never snipping. That way, if there is, say, a thread of five responses, I can just click on the fifth and read down, without taking time opening the other four. My IE is going to slide around when I respond anyway, whether I start at the top or the bottom.
