>>>I dont know about how others may use this appended message style here on the Thread, but I love... I'm desparately trying to bring my Fox skills up to speed with VFP 5.0a in as short amount of time as possible. I'm trying to redevelop a 2.6 Reporting System into a client/server data warehousing front end. This appended message style is great for me because everyday I printout messages that pertain to what I'm trying to learn how to do, and its nice to get a message from the end of a Thread that tracks the discussion. Makes for one cheat sheet per problem as opposed to many!

>I vote for replying below and never snipping. That way, if there is, say, a thread of five responses, I can just click on the fifth and read down, without taking time opening the other four. My IE is going to slide around when I respond anyway, whether I start at the top or the bottom.

Ditto to Bret and Roxanne on replying below. I'm willing to scroll down a message for the latest comments; makes those cheat sheets real handy. Our company e-mail forces replies at the top, so I usually reply within UT for that reason. Also, it does get difficult to follow some when, on a single thread, some reply at the bottom, and others at the top. Wish the UT could automatically "sort" the text like I want (sound like user's you know?).

Michel, I understand the news service for premier members summarizes a days threads. Does this include any of the stuff we've been discussing here?
