POOOWW!! ARRRGGGG, CRASH!!! BOP!!!

Ok, so I tried to install VSBETA. The windows component update went without a hitch but the BETA 1 setup locked up. Microsoft's beta site says the problem is when you try to install to a different directory than the default it MAY lockup. Since I don't have the room on my C drive I was installing to a partitioned E: drive. Microsoft's solution? "REBOOT" fixes everything. Well I rebooted and it didn't fix it. Now it thinks the program is already installed when I run the setup. So I tried removing compenents. When I click on the treeview to select components it disappears and I'm at my desktop again. But the setup.exe is still running in the task manager. I tried the uninstall and it gives me an error and kicks me out. The error log is filled with a bunch of weird errors.

Is there anyway to make the setup go back to letting me install it without it thinking it's already installed???

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

Thanks!
Kevin Scott
