The problem is I can't get to the Start Menu on the user's machine. I am citrixing in to a server which is in MA, locating the computer - which is in TX and when the computer is found, I double click on it to see it's folders. I don't have control of the computer they way you are all describing. This is why I was wondering, when you go through the steps already mentioned, is there a specific exe windows is running that I could just run from explorer.
