Just a word of advise that you can choose to take or leave. The irritated tone of your messages is very grating. Insultiong the very people who can be of help to you will prove to be very counterproductive to you in the future. It is very easy to see the name on a question and ignore it and pass on to something else.

If you really want to get more value out of the UT I would suggest that you temper your frustration and post clear and concise questions that others will gladly respond to and provide you additional information to get YOUR job done. Being generally nasty with inuendos and insults will not win friends or influence people and the best value here in the UT is the people who are here. We are all in the same trench that you are, only some of us havwe been here longer and know the ropes a little better.
