John, this is only slightly related to your comment, but I'd like to take the opportunity to ask your opinion - I've managed to put off teaching myself VB to this point - I don't think I'd find it too difficult but I don't use it much on a day to day basis. However, I figure VB7 would be a good time to do it since it is, as you say, a brand new product. I also want to take up C#. I figure you've had a chance to look at and consider both VB7 and C# - which do you think is worth picking up first to get a running start with the VS.Net technologies?
