it seems that the bare minimum is
VFP500.dll, VFP5xyz.dll (vfp5enu.dll for english, vfp5heb.dll for Hebrew etc.) and version 2.20.4121 (or later) of OLEAUT32.DLL
you may need more files liek VFP5OLE and ODBC drivers (but these has to be registered) etc.
