Right...but if VFP is reduced or removed from the MCSD, then we need to know *yet another* language, or know the first "other" language in greater detail. Tough to do when you've got plenty of very current, new VFP work to keep you busy.

You're right. Certification tells someone that you're keeping current with the market. So keeping old tests around isn't what the MCSD is all about--you have to move forward. But I'd hate to see the MCSD without an option for the current version of VFP, as it is a part of Visual Studio, and therefore is one of the tools that ensures you are a well-rounded developer.
