Thanks Fred!

TIW saves the day again. I appreciate your help. I think your suggestion is really the only solution. There doesn't seem to be any other way to do it. I did find a KB article on Microsoft.Com that said essentially the same thing. I posted the article # in another message (if you're interested, I have the number).

I experimented with turning on the View menu, but that gave the user more options than I wanted them to have. It was nice that they had access to the "TOOLBARS" option, but I didn't want them to have access to the data environment, etc. that show up under view.

Thanks again,
Don

>>Perhaps I've worded it wrong. I'm sure that it is possible because I have seen many applications with this feature (Such as SBT Accounting Systems, TIW WorkShop, etc.) They allow you to modify foxpro reports from within their applications.

>AFAIK, since Microsoft lets us issue the command MODIFY REPORT in the run-time, it's OK to use it. I'm sure we would have heard from them if it was otherwise. ;)

>>>I think this is against the license agreement for Visual Foxpro. Otherwise, you could basically redistribute everything in VFP and call it your own product.
