Help CHM's are installed locally.
Quick rundown.
Laptop.
If logged in on our network or at home or work Help is not active.
If Not logged into eithr network work, as Admin on the box. It works.
Not logged into the network, but power user on same laptop, no-work-ie.
This leads me to a rights issue. Windows 98 laptop or on my laptop which is W2K.
I add the Admin statemet becasue that is what I experience in W2K.
