This is beyond my familiarity with NT environments. On my notebook I don't have multiple users setup and only do peer-peer Win9x networking at home and I don't use this notebook on the network at the office.
I know I periodically get oddball stuff when one of the network admin guys comes and installs software on my NT box under their admin, I end up seeing password dialogs for network drives I don't have access to.
Can you uninstall MSDN, and reinstall it when you are logged in? I can't think of anything obvious that it's doing the is Profile dependent. I ended up reinstalling all of VS on my NT box under my login because of whatever stupid thing the network guys did the first time around.
