Problems Printing using SBT Pro and Novell 4.11
Anybody have any ideas ??
I have a client who is unable to print reports from SBT PRO unless he is logged into the network as "Supervisor" Here are the specifics.
The Environment
Novell 4.11 Internetware
Client 32
All workstations are Windows 95
SBT Pro
So, how's that for a stacked deck ?? <g>
All users can display reports, but reports can only be printed if you are logged on as supervisor.In addition, if someone else has attempted to run reports and failed, you will also fail as "supervisor" until you do a cold boot on the system.
The message that you get when you fail is :
"File C:\Windows\Temp\06101601.DBF is not available (Exclusive Use) ..."
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
