Bob, the first thing I'd check is that there IS a c:\windows\temp directory and that all the users have rights to it. Second, check printer mapping and temp file setups for the non-supervisor users. Third, check the specific temp files specified by SBT in their foxuser.dbf or config.fpw files to see if they are available and with the correct access to all users.
If only the supervisor login can run, then either the printer mapping or the read/write access for other users may be incorrect.
By the way, if you want to put in a 'grin', put spaces or parentheses around it so the HTML parser doesn't think you're telling it what to do: < g >
