Thanks for trying to help. I am at a loss too. But I will check her hard drive and network paths for copies of the report. Thanks again for putting so much effort into helping...

And since I have your ear, how in the heck do you display negative numbers on a report surround by "(" rather than a "-"? Sheesh, this should be a piece of cake but I am drawing a blank!
