If you're not running Access 97, you're out of luck.. :(
If you are, you must NOT select the DBF. On the import, select the MS FoxPro 3.0 (*.DBC) file type and select the DBC that the tables are bound to. You will then be prompted to select the table from within the database that you wish to import from.
Even with Access97, you'll only be able to import or view. Access97 cannot edit VFP 3.0/5.0 tables.
