I take your point about how you might use a MVP forum. I'm also glad you recognise that you are part of an Elite. I'm amazed, though, that you try to portray me as somehow resenting that or needing to "deal with it".

FYI, and in the hope of progressing, with 14 letters after my name I am hardly a stranger to Elitism and am proud to be so. But I can assure you that this does not protect one from criticism from even the most junior practitioner and responding defensively merely stirs suspicion, especially if people question the Elite process. The only way to go is to have the whole thing transparent and reproducable.

I must also observe that I would be appalled if I found that others could reach the same level without meeting the requirements I had to, and I'd want that fixed to preserve the value of what I have achieved.

Finally, if my Elitism ever appeared to descend into fragile arrogance or coasting on my laurels, I hope somebody would tell me so, especially if I could not see it for myself.

Hopefully you will not take that as an attack on you or anyone else here, everything is in the first person.

Regards

JR
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
