I think he was referring to British woman and sex. Which leads me to a joke:

A Frenchman has just finished having sex with a woman, when a policeman busts through the door and places him under arrest. The Frenchman, obviously startled, asks "What's the charge?" To which the Policeman responds, "Necrophelia, having sex with a dead person". And the punchline is:

"I didn't know she was dead, I just thought she was British!"
