True. That is why I have always maintained that if you are not sure of the correct answer, shut the hell up. Once I put the smack down on a few folks - including some MVP's, it was amazing as to how the quality of things improved.
The key is when somebody makes a mistake, it should be noted in public. After a while, folks either improve, or they stay on the sidelines....
