>I then proceeded to try to find a more "popular" C++ forum on the net and I found some sites that, quite frankly, weren't as well-built and as "interactive" as UT is.
The UT software is unique and one of its strong points is the interactive feel as you mention. Somewhere between a message board and a chatroom.
>Then, I asked myself why? Why aren't all those people here, discussing on UT's C++ (and other) Forum?
Fostering an online community is not easy. We are constantly working on attracting more people.
> Why is it considered a VFP Forum?
That is what it started as. It has grown to over 20 different forums now.
>Is it a VFP site by choice or should we need to spread the word? I personnaly think that we would benefit from the input of programmers even if they're not VFP programmers.
Spreading the word is always encouraged. Please be careful not to offend anyone though. Marketing on the internet is a delicate proposition. :-)
