Gotta tell you guys a funny story...

Many years ago when I was working shiftwork on the Apollo Program at the MSC in Houston, a group of us techies would go to breakfast at the Copper Kettle every morning after our shift was over. One morning, a new guy came with us and ordered his eggs "over well" and explained to the waitress that he didn't want any runny yolk. Well, when she brought his order to the table, the yolks were runny. He called her back and said: "I want the yolks well done". She took them to the cook, and returned them a few minutes later. They were still a tiny bit runny so Jerry (the new guy) sent the back again.

This time the cook made a real show of cooking Jerry's eggs. He squashed them flat with the spatula and leaned on them with all his might. This went on for several minutes. When the eggs came back to the table they looked like road kill, but Jerry thanked the waitress and said: "This is exactly how I wanted them!".

Jerry ate breakfast with us for months after that and never had to send his eggs back again.
