I agree entirely. I was being slightly tongue-in-cheek. Even so I sometimes wonder whether M$ is receptive to constructive criticism. But don't forget, I come from a Mac background (though I used DOS for years before the Mac was born) and as such tend to have rather a poor view of the Borg/ Engulf & Devour, Inc. or whatever we're calling them today <g>
