Are those rural West Virginia rates or something? Those rates are way off for the big cities. My current rate is $60.00/hr. just for VFP work - I'd get $100 for VB/ASP/SQL no problem (which is why I've switched). That figure for VC++ is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. I wouldn't take anything from that magazine too seriously after seeing that misinformation.
