Barbara P. also piped in and said to avoid the PROMPT clause which I will do and figure out another way for the user's to get what they want. If this clears up the crash, it might make some other little inconvenience seem trivial. Have also thought of taking up the issue with HP but that could be an endless nightmare in itself.
