Question is what volume of these posts are in your community? I wonder if 10% are local and the other 90% are for anywhere else? I asked my consulting firm how far they will advertise for a postion. For a Memphis position they will hit NY, NJ, MA, IL, TX, CA for a few positions that they know we are lean on.

>From these results I would say that the Boston area does not favor MS-related development tools although Visual Basic and Visual C++ still remain quite popular. By far the most popular combination appears to be Oracle with Java or C++. I was also suprised to see SQL Server significantly below Sybase.
