Hi Jacci

Very fair comments! We want a methodology which covers all those steps (and escalation to "big" status). Our small projects have a finite scope (where creep can be passed to another project), involve 2 programmers and a tester for just a couple of weeks.

I'll check out that book, thanks.

>What is your definition of small? A project may seem at first "small", but as soon as you start documenting the requirements, interviewing the users and start putting together the Use Cases they can grow quite large.

>Whil Hentzen's 1999 Software Developer's Guide is a good place to start for some of the management. Also take a look at Section 3 of Marcus Eggar's book, Advanced Object Oriented Programming with VFP 6, for some of the more techincal details.
