That's an interesting idea JC. I'm still waiting for a call-back from our local Microsoft rep. on the licensing issue. We've already decided that if we need to purchase a bunch of licenses for replication we'll look into "rolling our own." I read a little about how it works in SQL Server. Apparently, most of it is SP based anyway.
I'll post my findings here.
Persisted recordsets is an ADO thing, right?
