When you have a value in the "Print When" the do not print repeating values is disabled. My detail records are already set. currently my report looks like

DDA Number and Amount - 234 - $5
DDA Number and Amount - 333 - $10
DDA Number and Amount - 444 - $15

I was just able to figure it out using a variable and adding 1 to the variable when the amt > 0 then not printing the literal when the variable was > 1.
