One of my applications prints a report as a text file with a .DOC extension, and sends it with a standard email message to an email address selected from a drop down list. I use Eudora Pro but I expect that Outlook could also be used.
My only problem is that the text file is not a 'real' Word DOC file and therefore the recipient has to change the font size to Courier 8 landscape in order to read the document as intended.
I would like to convert the file to a 'real' Word DOC before sending but OLE automation looks a clumsy way of doing it. You referred in another posting to a program called FRX2DOC. Do you know if it is available.
