The good: better schools, lower property taxes, lower utility bills, and the convenience. The bad? Things like this. In some ways it's an improvement. For example, there used to be a junk yard for cars (auto parts, supposedly). But most of the land between 41 on the east and Tennessee St. on the west, was undeveloped. In fact, 25 years ago, it was a cotton field. IOW, you could see 41 from Tennessee or vice versa. That's not the case now.:-(

Yep, zoning regulations and deed restrictions cut both ways. :-|
