I want to present my application to a potential customer.

The thing I'd like to know is this. What would be the best way to do such a presentation in Microsoft Word?

Are there any samples available as to how to get and retain the attention of the reader?

What are the steps in such a document?

I know that I should give a good overview of what that application does but what besides that?

What should the intro look like? Fonts used? Introduction? How long for the overall document?

Please don't refer me to a book.
