OK, then I must be doing something differently from you. Are you right-clicking in the body of the article? When I do that and select "Properties", I see a window that only has a "General" tab. It has the article title at the top, then a section showing "Protocol", "Type", "Connection", "Address (URL)" and "Size". After that is a section that shows "Created" and "Modified". There's also a "Certificates" button.

In case the difference is the OS, I'm running Win 2000 with SP1.
