hahaha. We have GroupWise here. Our LAN Admin (I am guessing he's only 18 years old) is doing a very good job here.

I was once an System Manager and I changed the whole network system, but, err, quite an easy one :) (Win95 peer-to-peer, but had DOS involved too).

Job security has a lot more to do with happiness of both parties involved. A LAN Admin usually enjoys seeing his network grow when he is doing a good job, and tends to want to go elsewhere when it becomes a mess.
