They talk about it sometimes, but of course they would recommend that I use MS Access instead of VFP. Trouble is, these are all Ad Hoc queries to get info for people to make decisions, and I can't do enough with the data locally in Access.

Not hosed. I still have my office box with W98 and can PCAnywhere data back and forth, or just retrieve data and fill in the column names.... (color me resourceful)
