George, here's a bunch of suggestions - the scatter-shot approach to debugging :-)

First what is the error message?

Second, have you recompiled EVERYTHING after your upgrade? And can you open the form in the form designer with no error?

Third, did you delete all of VFP5.0 before you installed the upgrade?

Finally, check the archives for the error message. Several are listed with solutions.

Hope one of these gives you an idea.
