If you are going to use this connection for external Customers you might want to try using the driver in the sqlstringconnect() instead of the File DSN unless you are setting up the DSN on each machine. The example of the SQLSTRINGCONNECT() with the driver is:
SQLSTRINGCONNECT('Driver = somedrivername;UID=SomeUserID;PWD=SomePwd')
