1. When you say 'identical' do you mean to the others at that site or to ones at other sites?

2. I presume when you say 'identical' that you mean structure-wise. Correct?

3. How many records are in the poorly performing table, and how does that record count compare to other tables and other sites?

4. Does the table in question have lots of deleted records or few/none?

5. Do you have a TAG on deleted defined for the table?... all the others too?

6. I presume that your query is using SQL-Select. Is this correct?

7. When you say 'identical' do you include the index/TAG definitions in that?

8. From your statement "it takes around 4 times as long, this is the same case for the users on the LAN" I presume that *you* run local when you try it. Correct?
