Any other organizations you belong to might have a discount. I don't think I've ever paid the rack rate for a hotel room - that's the actual, base rate with no discounts. It's like paying full fare for an airline ticket.

Thanks Tamar and Brent. I asked the guy on the hotel's booking line and he said "Just ask for the corporate rate and I will give it to you." Then qualified it with "You do work in a business don't you?".

I didn't book the room though since he said there were two locations in Orlando, so I need to confirm which the DI event is at.
