Well...that's one way. You could also briefly describe how it's done in VFP with a messagebox.

You could also go ahead and create a set of macros which call the VFP equivalent menu selections based on a 'FPW' like menu.

In the long run, you could make this very elaborate, but at that point, the client may be better off sending them to training. Just keep it as simple as possible.

You might also consider writing a small 'help desk' utility which could be called from a menu bar in VFP and would allow them to log a question which you could review later or maybe put in a small commuications package as well so they could email you the question immediately.

Whatever you decide, they will need some level of training, either from you spending a couple days with them or sending them to an intro to VFP class.
