Hi, I had my last notebook stolen and I'm getting a new one. I decided it to be a Dell 8000. The Dell appears to work with RH6.2 Linux without much trouble. But none of the tester used the Mini PCI 10/100 network connection. And of course my is coming with one. I have checked the internet and found a few references to the Mini PCI card. From what I understand the NIC is 3c59x by 3Com. Does anybody know any more details? This time I'm going to keep the first partition under 1024 so I load Linux without a diskette.
