Odd, so if you choose Recompile your exe gets larger? If you don't select it it stays the same?

Check to see if its making a log of the recompile and appending it to a previous log. Not sure if VFP does this like other languages do at times but sounds like a possible reason why.

And if that is the problem then remove the log file from your build and the exe shouldn't grow any larger.
