>>>Well, it's not *just* laziness I guess. I tried shaving everything off about 4-5 months ago, but I couldn't stand it (sensitive skin, too). Didn't matter if I used an electric razor or a blade, it just bugged the hell out of me. Gave up after 10 days, because if I had any place I had to go in the evening, that meant I had to shave twice that day. I get 5 o'clock shadow at about noon.

>>Ah, youth! My "5 o'clock shadow" is white and therefore not that apparent. Even so, the electric (a Norelco) takes far less time than shaving with a blade did.

>Well, I wouldn't exactly call it "youth" <bg>. Mine is fading pretty rapidly, but amazingly enough it all starts out dark enough.

You're youth or your beard?< vbg >

>Seems to turn white over night! And you're right, an electric (Braun) is so much faster than a blade (less dangerous, too!).

I got one of those new Gillette Mach 3s as a freebie in the mail (I had been using disposables). So I tried it and liked it pretty good. Much less irration than with the Bic's or whatever. When my wife saw the cost of the blades, however...let's just say that she bought the electric for me.:-)

It's real nice (the electric). However, when I clean out the blade area from the cuttings, it looks like there's been a small snow storm in the razor (either that or a very tiny guy with terrible dandruff!< g >).
