I get a I/O Operation Failure error on Foxpro 2.5 from time to time. DOn't know why but it will pop up out of the blue. Sometimes I can fix it by putting in a CD. Don't ask whay but this fixes the problem. I'm running the EXE on a Window 95/98 PC.

Anyone ever encounter this?
